State Minister for Health in charge of Primary Health Care Margaret Muhanga has announced that the people of Tooro will observe nine days of mourning following the death of King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.

The mourning period will honour the late monarch and give the people of Tooro an opportunity to grieve and pay tribute to his legacy.
